Whether you have clients who are concerned about protecting their estates from the potential cost of long term care or are future planning about their own parent’s assets an Asset Protection Trust could be the answer?

An Asset Protection Trust allows clients who are concerned about their estate to ring-fence assets such as property from the potential cost of long term care. It can also secure assets in a tax efficient way for the named blood line beneficiaries to the exclusion of future estranged sons in-law and daughters in-law unless specifically included by the client.

You can simply refer your clients to the service and could earn up to £400 for each Trust that is completed.

WHAT TO DO NEXT…

If you have a client who is interested, you can either:

Once submitted, UAP will take over the administration and processing of the application forms and contact the client directly with any queries or additional requests.

Upon submission of your initial application, UAP will send you an Introducer Agreement to complete with your company details to establish a payment route.

Under the terms of the agreement, within 21 days of payment from the clients, UAP will pay you (the introducer) your commission of £400.
