For additional Will services listed (if applicable) you can earn up to 90% of the commission payable to BDS – please contact us for more information.

Executor Service
You can earn up to 10% of the estate fees on death of the customer

  • Please ensure that you provide your client with a copy of the ‘Will Writing Tariff of Charges’ document - please click here to download.
  • Please complete your details on the back page of the ‘Will Writing Instruction Form’ and then hand to your client to complete. Either your client or you can then send the form and relevant fee to the address stated. Please click here to download.
